Our flagship, Bella Vista Margate is an oceanfront condo on the 25th floor of the Margate Tower and accommodates up to 10 guests in four large bedrooms and three bathrooms. A large great room and wrap around balcony offer plenty of space to relax and unwind while the full kitchen and laundry room provide all the conveniences of home.

Our Bella Vista portfolio has expanded to offer two lovely choices by the ocean: a larger 4 bedroom suite and a petite 2 bedroom option for smaller groups and families. Both condos are located within Kingston Plantation community in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA.

Our newest addition is Bella Vista Brighton, an ocean view condo on the 6th floor of Brighton Tower. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the secondary bedroom offers two queen-sized bed. The balcony overlooks the newly renovated Currents Waterpark and pool complex of the Embassy Suites, as well as unobstructed views of the ocean.
The Grand Strand
Bella Vista Beach Villa is located on The Grand Strand, a length of beautiful sandy beaches that stretch over 60 miles along the northern part of the South Carolina coast. Myrtle Beach is a sought-after vacation destination since there are so many options to relax, play, and dine.
Families, golfing buddies, ladies on a girls weekend, snowbirds and others will all find Myrtle Beach to be a great choice for spending their downtime together.

The location is perfect and the 25th floor gives you the best views in Myrtle. All pools and the beach are minutes away and many attractions and restaurants just a very short drive.
The property was spotless and very well maintained, with the rental company providing great customer service throughout the booking, checking in and checking out process.
The property is huge and can easily host 2-3 families, giving you both privacy and plenty of places to hang, including the balcony which is awesome and a must for the the sunrise if you're an early riser.
Great vacation and we have already booked to go back!

Our family spent our 30th vacation in Myrtle Beach last week. Our 23rd stay at Kingston Plantation and our maybe 10th stay at the Margate!
Unit 2507 is by far the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything is included to make a vacation relaxing and stress free.
There are games for all ages, a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking enjoyable, a closet full of beach chairs, towels, surf boards, etc.! Literally you only need to bring yourself and your clothes! They left nothing out!
I highly recommend this unit and the property managers! And the views are breath taking!
